Tasks

As a Property Consultant within our team your responsibilities will include:

• Following up on inquiries on properties advertised and identifying suitable properties for buying clients
• Arrange viewings and negotiate property transactions
• Seeing transactions through to completion and handling aftersales
• Providing client advice on property valuation and marketing
• Helping us grow our client and property portfolios

Requirements

We are looking for you who have a passion for sales! To suceed as a property consultant you need to have excellent communication and networking skills. You need to be driven and selfmotivated and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You are fluent in English and Spanish. Any other languages are meritorious. Specially Swedish German French Dutch.
