الوصف الوظيفي
Purpose:
To act as a coordinator for both sales and operations.
To reduce post sales call time by sales team and instead they can focus on new businesses.
Single point of contact for post sales support and record keeping
Expected Result:
Post sales documentation support.
Better Customer Relationship Management.
Excellent inventory management.
Faster customer communication.
Clearer reporting system.
Requirements
Criteria:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate
35 years of experience in the similar role.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communications
Skills:
Must Have
1. Understanding of departmental processes to act as point of contact for post sales services.
2. Proven experience in Customer support and Interaction
3. Excellent documentation and record keeping knowledge.
4. Experienced to work in CRM Tools.
Good to have
1. Process improvement mindset
2. Inventory Management

2.5LPA 3.5LPA (based on candidate profile)
