Criteria:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate
35 years of experience in the similar role.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communications
Skills:
Must Have
1. Understanding of departmental processes to act as point of contact for post sales services.
2. Proven experience in Customer support and Interaction
3. Excellent documentation and record keeping knowledge.
4. Experienced to work in CRM Tools.
