Tasks

As a parttime or fulltime UI/UX Designer for Dexter Mobile you will:

• Lead UI/UX Overhaul for Dexter Mobile: Take the helm in redesigning and enhancing Dexter Mobile our flagship product designed to streamline tasks for nurses. Your creative vision and design skills will play a crucial role in making healthcare more efficient and userfriendly.
• Collaborate with a Dynamic Team: Engage closely with a small agile team including knowledgeable founders and skilled mobile developers. This role is ideal for designers who thrive in a collaborative environment where every team members input is valued.
• Design with Empathy and Insight: Utilize the rich insights gathered from our teams extensive interaction with users and stakeholders. Your designs will be informed by deep understanding shaping user experiences that are both intuitive and impactful.
• Flexibility in Your Creative Approach: We encourage you to bring your preferred design tools and methodologies to the table. Whether its through Sketch Figma Adobe XD or other platforms your ability to translate ideas into designs is what counts.
• Participate in a Collaborative Design Process: Contribute to an evolving and dynamic design process. Your perspective and feedback will be instrumental in refining our design strategies and delivering exceptional product experiences.
