Wife is looking for an artist by heart and brain. Someone who thinks sleeps and eats advertising. Criticises billboards and purchases products solely on the basis of their packaging. Responsibilities
- As our Creative Director you will be the driving force behind our agencys creative vision. Lead and inspire the team to build and leave behind legacies.
- Be responsible for managing and growing a team of talented misfits who ooze creativity. Nurture their unconventional thinking while leading by example.
- Be best friends with the word good and not best. Best is limiting and good is liberating. Do good work and let that beget good work
- Get ready to dive into the depths of the bizarre and emerge with ingenious ideas that. Transform the mundane into the iconic.
- Stay ahead of the curve and constantly seek out new trends technologies and unconventional approaches in the world of advertising.
- A keen and critical eye for design for the purpose of not only visually appealing designs but also cognitively engaging ones.
- Possess an unrivalled imagination that defies convention. Be a bottomless well of ideas (good and bad) that create impact.
- Be collaborative a creative thinker and factdriven.
- Needless to say contribute to the company s overall growth strategy.
Requirements
- 10 years relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and an effortless need to collaborate with clients artists writers and strategists. The ability to understand and translate abstract ideas into tangible campaigns will be vital.
- Team management & building experience.

A Bachelors / Masters / Specialized course in Marketing and Communications or Advertising Confidence, tact, people-skills, instinctiveness Strong command of language oral and written High-degree of understanding of people, brands and the market Strong leadership skills 3-6 years of relevant experience in the same/ similar role Multi-tasker The capability of team leadership Presentation & Pitching skills Technically equipped to conduct thorough market research (primary and secondary)
