ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Handle talent acquisition with endtoend recruitment and staffing as per the standard policies and regulations.
- Conduct employee onboarding and introductory initiatives as well as exit.
- Maintaining all the documentation effectively in digital as well as physical format .
- Payroll PF & ESIC and leave management.
- Manage work culture a pleasant environment and an ideal atmosphere.
- Promote HR programs for employee engagement activities to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace.
- Assist in the development and implementation of industrystandard human resource policies.
- Conduct exit formalities with a smooth transition.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the team and establish a hasslefree communication channel.
KEY SKILLS
