This is a remote position.

• Handle talent acquisition with endtoend recruitment and staffing as per the standard policies and regulations.
  
• Conduct employee onboarding and introductory initiatives as well as exit.
  
• Maintaining all the documentation effectively in digital as well as physical format .
  
• Payroll PF & ESIC and leave management.
  
• Manage work culture a pleasant environment and an ideal atmosphere.
  
• Promote HR programs for employee engagement activities to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of industrystandard human resource policies.
  
• Conduct exit formalities with a smooth transition.
  
• Coordinate and collaborate with the team and establish a hasslefree communication channel.
  

• Good knowledge of MS Office
