Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service representative for our newly rebranded company As a Customer Service representative you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining excellent relationships with our valued customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and concerns and assisting customers with their orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with placing orders providing product information and offering personalized recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the cause identifying appropriate solutions and taking the necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales production and shipping to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding order updates shipping details and any potential delays or issues.
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall customer experience and internal processes.

Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferably in a retail or online environment.
- Familiarity with using online webstores and ecommerce platforms.
- Experience in the apparel industry or familiarity with custom apparel products is a plus.
- Knowledge of order processing and fulfillment procedures.
- Experience with upselling and crossselling techniques.
