Senior Sales Executive
Location: Near Moti Bagh Delhi

About Client:
Our client is a USbased Multinational Exhibition Organizer with operations in over 8 countries. They organizes over 40 exhibitions per annum on all important sectors of the trade and economy across 4 continents.


Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive is responsible for selling a companys products or services to customers or clients. The job description for a Sales Executive includes the following responsibilities:
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities: A Sales Executive must have a keen eye for spotting potential customers and clients and must be able to develop strategies to reach them.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers: Once a customer has been acquired it is the Sales Executives responsibility to maintain a good relationship with them ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets: A Sales Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding the sales targets set by the company using their skills and knowledge to generate revenue and profits.
  • Providing excellent customer service: It is essential for a Sales Executive to provide excellent customer service ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases and are likely to return.
  • Developing sales strategies and plans: A Sales Executive must be able to develop effective sales strategies and plans using market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Providing product and service demonstrations: A Sales Executive must be able to provide product and service demonstrations to customers highlighting the features and benefits of the companys products and services.
  • Negotiating and closing sales: A Sales Executive must be able to negotiate with customers ensuring that the companys products and services are sold at a fair price and that the customer is satisfied with the deal.
  • Reporting on sales activities: A Sales Executive must be able to report on their sales activities providing regular updates on their progress and identifying areas for improvement.


Requirements

  • Must have excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Must be selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work well under pressure.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the companys products and services as well as the market and industry.
