Sales cum Retail Marketing officer Mumbai

• Develop business relationship between store and Academies / Salons within the Mumbai periphery by visiting the clients along with a member of the Training team or Retail staff experienced in makeup and products
  
• Prepare a plan for visits to Academies / Salons in a systematic way geographically covering various parts of Mumbai
  
• Create weekly reports of visit and its outcome as per template and share with the management.
  
• Create business strategies to attract new clientele expand store traffic and tap the untapped locations.
  
• Work closely with store team and Training team to create instore sales & marketing program.
  
• Understand the needs of the clients inform them about the training facility and invitee for regular classes.
  
• Gather and share information on competitors marketing strategies and product details during the visit to academies salons and other related locations.
  
• Attend the business enquiries and handover the call to concerned person either from store or training by assessing the requirements.
  
• If not visiting the market should support the store team in sales
  

Requirements

• 4 5 years of Sales and retail marketing experience
  
• Degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred
  
• Excellent organizational time management prioritization and multitasking skills
  
• Excellent Sales skills with the ability to build relationships with stores and salons
