We are looking for an Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our exisiting team on this exciting journey!

Tasks

  • You are responsible for advising and supporting national and international customers and partners in all commercial matters understand their needs and assist them in finding digitial solutions.
  • Collaborating on new retail concepts and solutions in the field of digitalisation is your forte.
  • You enjoy crossselling and upselling for potential product expansions and innovations. Contract renewals and handling tenders and inquiries are second nature to you.
  • You are in charge of your strategic account planning with forecasting and result accountability.
  • Internally you act as a liaison between departments (Consulting Cloud & Platform Engineering Product Management etc.) and work closely with the marketing department on developing success stories and case studies.
  • Additionally you document all relevant activities using internal tools (Salesforce Confluence etc.).

Requirements

  • You bring several years of professional experience in Sales Account Management or customer relations both domestically and internationally ideally within the AV IT or online sectors or in the retail industry.
  • You have an affinity for modern technologies and digital communication.
  • Independent goaloriented work with an entrepreneurial mindset is firmly embedded in your DNA.
  • Confidently handling both spoken and written German and English is second nature to you additional languages are advantageous.
  • You come equipped with a willingness to travel for business purposes (primarily within Europe).
  • Finally you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a growth mindset

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position which is as per the collective agreement 4000 gross per month based on fulltime employment (38.5 h/week). However the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience
