الوصف الوظيفي
- Job Description:
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure company products meet or exceed customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define quality standards and specifications for new products.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Design and implement quality metrics and data collection systems to track performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements to prevent defects and reduce waste.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Lead investigations and root cause analysis for customer complaints and internal quality incidents.
- Manage and maintain the company's quality documentation and records.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in quality management to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Quality Management Engineering Manufacturing).
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Indepth knowledge of quality control and assurance methodologies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Desired Experience:
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
- Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma).
- Certifications in quality management (e.g. ASQ Certified Quality Manager Certified Quality Engineer).
