What is the role
As an EIR youll work closely with the leadership team across various problem statements.

It is a hardcore 0 to 1 role. The learnings will be incomparable but it will test your grit and perseverance so you should apply for this role only if

• You have an insatiable hunger to learn and you see challenges as an opportunity to grow

• Your life stage permits you to give it your all (and a little more)
  In 1218 months this role will transition into a Business/Product/Operations lead role. An Ideal candidate MUST have:

• Graduation from Tier 1 college

• 1 year to 5 years of work experience

• Strong problemsolving skills with a stronger bias for action

• Ability to absorb ambiguity and uncertainty
