THE JOB:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in the Midlands as a Tractor sales manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of Agriculture Machinery, new and used tractors and farm equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Our client is a leading provider of agricultural products, Tractors, and farm equipment. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers in the agricultural industry.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Candidates will be highly motivated with a pro-active approach and who enjoy working alone and as part of a team.
• You will need to be computer savvy have knowledge of Auto guidance and electronics.
• You will need to display good oral and written communication skills and be able to create and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase product sales in the Midlands region.
• Willingness to travel within the Midlands region - Full UK Driving Licence.
