Instructional Designer Trainer - English Speaker - Hybrid

Tasks

• Design learning activities assignments and assessments
• Create training manuals and records keeping the Colgate Quality Management System updated.
• Work closely with the client and the Management team to identify knowledge gaps through indepth research including consultations with the client.
• Develop engaging learning activities and course content that enhances retention.
• Transfer and adhere to the clients learningrelated requests.
• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
• Visualize instructional graphics the user interface and the finished product.
• Conduct instructional research analysis on learners and contexts.
• Apply tested instructional design theories practices and methods.
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
• Create supporting material/media (audio video simulations role plays games etc)
• Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders updated.
• Present and deliver handselected content in an accessible and engaging manner
• Have a good understanding of and comply with company and client activity processes and procedures.

Requirements

• High level of English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience teaching in a classroom setting.
• Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System.
• Visual design skills (Dreamweaver Photoshop Illustrator) and ability to storyboard.
• Indepth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories.
• Ability to navigate learning management systems.
• Proficiency in course development software.
• Clear and effective curriculumplanning skills.
• Basic understanding of HTML and Flash. Preferred:
• Undergraduate or graduate studies in instructional design educational sciences or similar.
• Ability to use instructional materials and resources effectively.
• Critical thinking skills.

• Contract: Permanent contract (1month probation period)
• Fulltime (39hours/week)
• Working days/Hours: Monday Friday 9am 6pm
• Salary: 25K 28K (**depending on experience**)

• Holidays: 24 per calendar month
• Hybrid: 3 days a month working from the office per month and for clients visits or training / the rest working from home
• Training: 3 weeks paid training
