As an Account Executiveat Karma you will assume ownership of the entire sales cycle. This entails dedicating time to prospecting conducting indepth research and immersing yourself in the world of potential clients. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders building relationships with individuals at every level from the staff at various locations to the COO at the HQ.
Furthermore you will take on the role of project manager both internally and externally guiding customers through the implementation process and ensuring a successful golive on the designated date. This involves coordinating efforts setting clear targets and collaborating closely with clients to achieve mutual goals. By effectively managing the project you will establish yourself as a reliable and valuable partner to customers.
