Showroom Management: Oversee the daily operations of our showroom ensuring an inviting and wellorganized environment that showcases our exquisite jewelry collection.
Sales Enhancement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to increase sales.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
Reporting: Prepare sales reports analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
Customer Engagement: Provide personalized service to customers assisting them in selecting the perfect pieces to meet their desires and needs.
Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate with our jewelry collection gemstones and materials to educate customers and make informed recommendations.
Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the visual appeal of our showroom by arranging displays to highlight the beauty of our jewelry.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in restocking and replenishment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business or a related field preferred.
Strong communication skills especially in English
Proven experience in luxury retail sales and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Passion for luxury jewelry and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and design.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
