Looking for Team Leader!!!
Looking for a person with leadership qualities.
Role And Responsibility:
- Responsible for handling a team and ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary training and orientation.
- Provided unadulterated guidance to the team for them to reach their maximum potential.
- Provide sound judgment to customer complaints.
- Provides feedback to the team members to ensure that they are compliant with the companys collection rules and regulations.
- Provides feedback and updates.
- Establish a positive relationship with team members colleagues supervisors and upper management.
Requirements
Skills Required:
1. Superior leadership and people management skills.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. Good Problem solving skills.
4. Managing a team of 10 to 15 people.
Language Required:
English and Hindi.
