Partner Development Manager
We are obsessed with radically simplifying the parcel shipping and receiving experience. With our muchacclaimed services spanning six European countries Instabee has swiftly emerged as a force to reckon within the industry serving thousands of merchants and millions of consumers.

The Partner Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying nurturing and expanding our network of strategic partners. This role requires a combination of business acumen relationship management and a deep understanding of the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners managing existing partnerships and developing strategies to maximise the value of these collaborations.

What will you be doing

Partner identification and onboarding:

  • Identifying potential strategic partners within the industry

  • Developing a pipeline of potential partners and evaluating their alignment with our goals and values

  • Leading the onboarding process for new partners including contract negotiations and integration


Relationship management:

  • Cultivating strong and mutually beneficial relationships with existing partners

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for partners

  • Collaborating with partners to define joint business plans objectives and success metrics


Strategic planning:

  • Developing and executing partnership strategies to maximise the value and impact of collaborations

  • Working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with product sales and marketing efforts


Performance measurement:

  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assessing partner performance against agreedupon targets

  • Providing regular reporting and analysis of partnership outcomes to internal stakeholders


What do you bring to the table

  • 5 year working experience in partner development business development or related roles;

  • Great communication and negotiation skills with the ability to take initiative and be proactive;

  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities;

  • Resultsdriven with a track record of achieving or exceeding partnership goals;

  • Familiarity with contract management and compliance;

  • Professional English and Dutch skills;

  • Passion for sustainability and the wish to make a positive impact on the environment and society.
