Computers People a prominent nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the digital divide is seeking a talented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations The CFO will play a pivotal role in managing accounting payroll and human resources responsibilities and will help establish a financial team as our organization continues to grow

Responsibilities

• Financial Management Oversee all financial functions including budgeting forecasting and reporting
  

• Payroll and HR Manage payroll processing benefits administration and HRrelated responsibilities
  

• Nonprofit Expertise Leverage nonprofit financial expertise to ensure compliance and maximize funding opportunities
  

• Financial Systems Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial records
  

• Team Building Build and lead a finance team as the organization expands
  

• Budget Development Create budgets and reports for various state federal and foundational grants
  

• Grant Management Play a vital role in securing and managing grants to support our mission
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA preferred
  

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other financial software
  

• Previous experience in nonprofit financial management
  

• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes
  

• Exceptional financial analytical and reporting skills
  

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  

• Previous experience with managing a multistate nonprofit structure
