ProgramDelivery Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager with expertise in PowerBI to lead and oversee our organizations PowerBI initiatives The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and managing programs that leverage PowerBI for effective data analysis visualization and reporting This role requires a strong background in project management business intelligence and a deep understanding of PowerBI capabilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Development
   • Design develop and implement comprehensive PowerBI programs aligned with organizational goals
     
   • Define program objectives scope and deliverables
     
2. Project Management
   • Oversee the execution of PowerBI projects from initiation to completion
     
   • Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets
     
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into PowerBI solutions
     
   • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of PowerBI into business processes
     
4. PowerBI Implementation
   • Lead the deployment of PowerBI solutions ensuring optimal performance and user adoption
     
   • Provide technical expertise in PowerBI configuration customization and troubleshooting
     
5. Training and Support
   • Develop training programs for endusers and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of PowerBI
     
   • Address user queries and issues related to PowerBI usage
     
6. Quality Assurance
   • Conduct regular assessments of PowerBI dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy relevance and compliance with organizational standards
     
7. Performance Monitoring
   • Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance and impact of PowerBI programs
     
   • Provide regular reports and insights to management
     
8. Stay Current on PowerBI Trends
   • Keep abreast of the latest developments and best practices in PowerBI and business intelligence
     

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field Master s degree preferred
  
• Proven experience as a Program Manager with a focus on PowerBI or business intelligence
  
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful PowerBI implementations
  
• Indepth knowledge of PowerBI functionalities DAX and data visualization best practices
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into PowerBI solutions
  
• Certification in PowerBI or related technologies is a plus
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data modeling and ETL processes
  
• Familiarity with other business intelligence tools
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is desirable
