Software Tester to Verified

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Software Tester to join our dynamic team. You have a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through comprehensive testing procedures.

About the position

As a Software Tester, you will play a critical role in identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products to our clients. You re a firm believer in the power of knowledge sharing and like helping others grow, perform better, and become stronger as professionals.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure a shared understanding of quality expectations. We expect you to stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging testing tools, methodologies and propose and implement improvements to the testing process.

What are you going to do?

• Test Planning and test scenario design: Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.

• Test Execution: Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in software applications.

• Defect Reporting: Document and track defects, providing detailed information to development teams for resolution. Verify bug fixes and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Test Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Alerting during the test in case of unexpected results or difficulties that do not allow us to finish the required tests in the validation sheet on time.

What will you bring to the team?

• Fluent English as all communication and deliverables will be in English.
• A minimum of 3 years of software testing or similar experience.
• Understanding in our current tech ecosystem - Jira | Confluence | TestRail | BitBucket | Google Workspace | Office Suite.
• A genuin interest in being an early employee of a new tech team.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
