Responsibilities

1. Quality Monitoring
   

   • Oversee and ensure the implementation of quality control processes for civil and steel structural works on a mediumsized industrial project
     
   • Conduct regular inspections to identify deviations from quality standards and take corrective actions
     
   • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to address quality concerns and provide timely solutions
     

2. Knowledge of Standards
   

   • Possess indepth knowledge of quality standards particularly in accordance with BIS norms
     
   • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the quality control processes
     

3. Experience
   

   • Demonstrate a minimum of years of experience specifically in quality monitoring within the context of mediumsized industrial projects
     

4. Lab Management
   

   • Manage the quality control laboratory ensuring it is wellequipped and organized
     
   • Conduct basic tests as per project requirements and maintain accurate records of test results
     
   • Implement and enforce safety protocols within the quality lab
     

5. Documentation
   

   • Prepare detailed quality control reports documenting findings and recommending improvements
     
   • Maintain comprehensive records of inspections tests and corrective actions taken
     

6. Collaboration
   

   • Work closely with project teams to establish quality control plans and integrate them into project schedules
     
   • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and subcontracted works
     
   • 
     Continuous Improvement
     
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in quality control procedures
     
   • Implement measures to enhance overall project quality and reduce the incidence of defects
     

Qualifications

• Diploma in CIVIL ENGINEERING
  
• Minimum of years of relevant experience
  
• Strong understanding of quality standards particularly BIS norms
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proven ability to lead and work effectively in a team
  
• Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  

Qualifications
