Job Description:-
Datacenter Hands and Feet
Experience in Datacenter facility monitoring using tools provided and coordinating with facilities management team, including but not limited to temperature, power, support systems, security, cameras and access logs
Hands & Feet Support
- Hands & Feet Support for Server Reboot / Patch cabling check / Network Switch(or) Router / Rack and Cable / Device Replacement / Spare Parts inventory / Sensors replacement / labeling / walkthrough / tape handling physical support
- Coordinate Fire Suppression alarms
Service Desk Agent
- Require 2-3 years of ServiceDesk experience in trouble shooting and resolving end user IT issues through Phone, email and CHAT
- Need good verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service background dealing with end users
- Should have ITIL knowledge and experience in using ITSM ServiceNow tool
- Should be proficient in identifying end user issues on Microsoft suite of Office products including email
- Should have experience in providing resolution for issues on collaboration tools like Teams and sharePoint
- Experience Software installation and configuration
- Troubleshooting Printer issues including configuration
- Experience in working exchange issues, Password reset, account unlock
