Job Description

Billing Assurance Data Analytics creates reports and views used in the identification of customerimpacting and Companyimpacting issues related to the biller We currently track over use cases with more use cases constantly under development

Responsibilities

• Writing SQL code and Python code in pursuit of adding new use cases or of modifying existing use cases based on ticketed requests
• Interpreting Requirements clarifying business needs and processes/rules surrounding the request and managing code push/pull to Git
• Assisting peers or ad hoc work as assigned
• Documentation of code and processes
