This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Managing the meeting cadence for client meetings to ensure proper and timely communication.
Schedule and maintain calendars for the client development executive team.
Ensure all meetings scheduled have correct agendas and attachments.
Distribute weekly reports and updates on the client pipeline to the client development team
Coordinate outreach as needed using sales tools to support the lenient development team.
Assist in CRM Management- Updating opportunities, adding and moving opportunities and ensuring completed opportunity notes.
Maintain a dashboard of internal and external follow-ups and communicate as needed
Support the executive team with project-based tasks.
Book travel arrangements & manage reservations for the Client Development Team.
Assist in destination development & maintaining venue and producer relationships.
Assist in the management of the venue, promoter, producer contracting process.
Assess quotes and compile a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns against program budget when applicable
Assist with expense reports as needed.
Organize daily workload by priorities.
Take accurate minutes of meetings.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal team members and clients.
Experience in a similar client/ customer facing role.
Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness.
Strong organizational & communication skills.
Understands the startup mentality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work hard & put time into this role.
Passion for travel & events.
Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
