Project Engineer

• Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and managing growth of services
  
• Lead business development initiatives
  
• Serve as organization spokesperson
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Attract, develop, and retain employees, set employee expectations and manage employee performance
  
• Lead/manage project managers and technical staff
  
• Coordinate project priorities, staffing schedules, and staffing assignments
  
• Ensure consistency and excellence on project execution and achieve optimal financial performance
  
• Attend public meetings
  
• Establishes QA/QC methods and procedures on projects to ensure high technical performance in conformance with company standards
  

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 8+ years of experience
  
• P.E. License for Ohio
  
• Experience in municipal capital improvement planning
  
• Planning, funding, design and construction management experience with all types of municipal infrastructure
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
