Building Maintenance (Facilities Technician)

Pay: $21.50+/hr.

Hours:  Monday-Friday 6AM-4:30PM

Job Type: Temp-Hire

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Job Description:

Will be repairing malfunctioning systems. Works with maintenance concerns and system upkeep. Must be able to troubleshoot a variety of building infrastructure systems.  Will ensure preventative measures satisfy safety standards. May collaborate with building management towards the renovation and improvement of facilities systems. May report maintenance metrics to management. Confers with department managers to coordinate monthly inspections. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two – three years of experience is preferred. Must have electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and indoor and outdoor building repair experience.
