Salary: £30,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the company's accounts and payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead the payroll process, including timekeeping, deductions, and tax reporting.
• Maintain precise financial records, including invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary financial data and documentation.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, payroll regulations, and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and payroll processing systems.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant accounting or payroll certification is a plus.
