This is a remote position.

As the Global Head of Delivery, you will hold a key position within our senior leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be the oversight and optimization of the delivery of our products and services to our valued clients. In this strategic role, you will steer our organization towards operational excellence, all while elevating customer satisfaction to new heights. Collaboration will be at the core of your responsibilities, as you work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery, foster innovation, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Within this role, you will lead our Implementation and Technical Project Managers through the next phase of growth. These dedicated teams play a important role in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our customers onto the Tyfone solution stack while also guaranteeing the efficient operation of our solutions. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a hands-on leader who can foster a collaborative ecosystem, enabling these functions to work seamlessly and harmoniously.

Requirements

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):


.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the global delivery strategy, aligning it with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.

.

Operational Excellence: Implement best practices, standards, and processes to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.


.

Customer Focus: Foster a culture of customer-centricity and drive continuous improvements to exceed client expectations.

.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, upskill, and lead a global team of delivery professionals, promoting their growth and development.


.

Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation, including human, technical, and financial, to maximize project success.


.

Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve delivery performance.


.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time and within-budget project completion.


.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to align delivery strategies with client needs.


.

Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and improvement initiatives to maintain industry-leading standards in project delivery.


Minimum Qualification:

.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).

.

10+ years of experience providing support and leading teams in highly regulated industries and technical products.

.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within FI or Fintech organizations.

.

Experience with all layers of the Software-as-a-Service delivery and operating model.

.

Experience leading the delivery of a technical SaaS product with a high level of customization.

.

Demonstrated Experience with delivering complex and highly configurable solutions.

.

Experience establishing scalable delivery operations and consistently achieving quantifiable KPIs.

.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams through difficult situations while maintaining customer trust.

.

Strong knowledge of industry best practices and SaaS delivery methodologies.

.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Credit Union Industry and Fintech space.

.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

.
