الوصف الوظيفي
East Bay-based client is seeking a temp-hire Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with the company's AR operations. This is a hybrid role with an hourly pay rate of up to $36/hour, depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening, please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately prepare invoice packages as needed
- Review all customer aging reports to ensure all receivables are collected timely
- Monitor outstanding invoices
- Interact with customers/clients to resolve outstanding payment issues
- Resolve any unfulfilled contracts, payments and/or invoices
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of experience in accounting/accounts receivable or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Construction industry experience required
- Experience using Vista or Procontractor software is a plus
- Experience using Excel (entry to mid-level)
