Financial Analyst

East Bay-based client is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide assistance in FP&A, as well as Asset Management for the company. This is a fully on-site position with a pay rate of up to $115,000/year, depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening, please attach your resume.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately build financial models, as well as analytical tools for decision-making and investment evaluation
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses
• Identify issues and make recommendations to improve revenue
• Manage and monitor the company's database
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Real Estate
• Prior experience working in Real Estate required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Excel (mid to high-level)
