Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) - Night Shift - $35,000 Sign-on Bonus & Relocation

Location: Little Rock, AR

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for our esteemed health system in Little Rock, AR. Join our dynamic team as an RN in our Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) department, working the night shift. New graduates are encouraged to apply! We offer competitive pay ranging from$32 to $55 per hour,along with a generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care in our Medical/Surgical unit, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
  
• Assess patients conditions, create individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, documenting accurately and following medication safety protocols.
  
• Monitor vital signs, interpret lab results, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in Arkansas.
  
• New graduates welcome! Prior med/surg experience preferred but not required.
  
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications desirable.
