Government Mobility Officer

Responsibilities:

• Fill out all visa application forms and facilitate the visa process with all foreign embassies and consulates.
• Fill out all visa online applications for both individuals and Groups for all embassies.
• Contact all the embassies to facilitate the group and individual appointments.
• Communicate frequently with the technical departments about the up-to-date visa requirement from all embassies.
• Collect visa requirements and necessary travel documents from the employees.
• Revise all the visa documents and advise if any problems or missing to be communicated to the employee.
• Ensure correct visa type is applied for and accuracy of information on forms.
• Attend and facilitate Visa Appointments with both individuals and Groups at all consulates and embassies.
• Go to different entities and organizations to collect the visa requirements/ Documents directly from the employees.
