• Assist in the development of communication plans and strategies
  
• Help to create and edit press releases, fact sheets, and other materials
  
• Assist with media relations, including reaching out to journalists and pitching story ideas
  
• Help to monitor and track media coverage of clients
  
• Attend and assist with events, such as press conferences and product launches
  
• Learn how to use PR tools and software
  
• Help to manage and update the companys social media accounts
  
• Assist with research and analysis of industry trends and competitor activity
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  
• Knowledge of PR techniques and strategies
  
• Experience with social media and digital marketing
  
• Strong research and analytical skills
  
• Knowledge of media relations and press release writing
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  
• Enrolled in or completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related
