So, what could a normal day consist of?
- Maintain kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency
- Preparing a particular kitchen station
- Maintaining stock inventory
- Cooking large bulks of high-end food
- Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods
- Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant opens and closes

The successful candidate for this Chef De Partieposition should have exceptional proven ability in kitchen This role will involve working closely with the head chef to prepare, cookand present high quality dishes in a busy pub in Marlow. Previous experience in a similar role and ability to maintain calm under pressure is Working hours are between 12:00-21:00 Monday to Saturday, and 12:00-18:00 Sundays, and you will be required to work around 40 hours per Ideally, the client is looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis, but they are flexible and happy to accept applicants on an initial temporary basis if You must possess an excellent work ethic and be able to take up tasks with your own ;
What do you want from me?
To be considered for this Chef De Partie role, you will need the following experience:
- At least one years experience in a busy pub environment
- Able to take on new tasks
- NVQ level 2 Food Preparation and Service or equivalent catering experience
- Work well within a team
- A can-do attitude
