Full Job Description
We are looking for a reliable part time Assistant/ Personal Assistant Someone capable of handling the day to day coordination
- CRM experience is a must
- QuickBooks proficient
- Understanding of Debits and Credits
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing
- Payroll for 8-10 Employees
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently without Excellent verbal and written communication, some over the phone work will be
- Help manage some of the day to day
- Xactimate experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ - $ per hour
