• This is a full-time position with career advancement opportunities

• Overtime options on call 1 X 7/wks

• Pay rate up to $50/hr depend on experience

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting maintaining and repairing walk in coolers / Freezers, Chilled Water Systems, Cooling Towers and various types of chillers

• Servicing boilers, air/water balancing, controls and understanding of VRF, BAS / DDC, RTUs up to 200 tons is preferred

• Customers Service connecting with commercial clients to take care of their heating & cooling needs

• PM- and troubleshoot valves, motors, seals, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, condensers, coils, piping and other functional components

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HVAC with OR Refrigeration Tech or Journeyman HVAC/R status or very experienced level commercial HVAC technician

• Experience with controls BAS, DDC, VRF - pneumatic knowledge is a plus

• Required Universal EPA, City of Seattle Refrigeration License

• Understanding of OSHA requirements

• Move and lift up to 75 lbs

• Required experience with chillers, boilers, pneumatic controls, digital controls and packaged HVAC equipment is a plus

• Good Driving record
