• Workingstrategicallyforcarryingoutnewideasfromco-workerswithrespecttotrainingpurpose
  
• Figureoutthenewtechniquesthatareexecute,Examinestheresultsafterexecutingthenewideas
  
• Stayup-to-datetowardsthenewinformationthatareenterintotheindustrialsectorsregardinglearning&development
