Salary: R200 000 CTC per annum

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (Verbal and written)
  
• Permanent Residence / South African ID holders
  
• Computer and Literacy skills
  
• No Criminal Record
  
• Flexibility to work Shifts
  

Salary and Benefits

• R200 000 CTC per annum
  
• 40 hours per week, 8-9 hour shifts per day
  
• Rotational Shifts: including weekend and public Working hours are subject to change depending on client
  
• Training: 4 weeks (Fully paid)
  
• Probation period: 4 months
  
• Health Insurance Benefit (Paid for by the company)
  
• Remote or Work from home is considered with the following requirements:
  Fibre Connection of Fixed ADSL line
  UPS solution required during load shedding

Responsibilities

• Work for prestigious airline clients on various work streams
  
• Assistance to passengers with pre and post flight departure travel-related queries in the customer relations department in Italian and English
  
• Work on airline reservation systems and handle voice calls in Italian and English
  
• Daily interaction with international passengers with queries and compliments
  
• Meeting key performance indications and meet expected client service levels
