Hiring : Clinical Research Associate :(Clinical Monitoring Role)

Role: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - B

Location: Alameda, CA - 94502

Duration: 6 Months on W2 (Possible Extension)

Shift Timings: 8 AM to 6 PM

Job Description:

• 4 days office & 1 day remote
• General Monitoring position.
• Entry-level position but need some experience in monitoring studies.
• Need experience in monitoring clinical studies.
• Upper management or directors of clinical research are overqualified for this role; they need CRA monitor
• Prefer candidates from the med device industry but am open to candidates who have worked in pharma trials as well as long as they have CRA monitoring experience.
• Travel involved: It'll vary from 10% to 50% depending on the number of studies going on; Need to travel in the West coast (mountain time zones) and very few are located on the East Coast as well.
• Average of 3 studies at a time.
• Open to candidates who have a senior clinical research coordinator background and have co-monitoring experience.
• An associate's degree is the minimum for this position and has a good 4 to 5 years exp.
• At Least 2 years of experience in monitoring clinical studies.
• A Master's with internship experience and monitoring experience in a clinical study is also fine.
• One round of Video interviews for 3 hours with 3 different managers back to back.
