This includes our own avatar scanner systems for the exact measurement and virtualization of people and things. We create XR experiences, run our own motion capture studio and engage AR, VR technologies.

As a Social Media and Content Manager (x/f/m ) your contributions are essential for the success of our marketing activities. What you ll do

• Develop a social media strategy for NeXR as a brand and its solutions.
• Conceptualize and manage our social media activities and produce engaging content in alignment with our marketing and business goals and strategy.
• Actively manage our social media community across all channels.
• Manage paid social campaigns
• Support the Marketing Manager in creating mid- and long-term strategies to ensure a constant growth and engagement on our social media channels.
• Support the Marketing Manager in creating analyses and recaps of our social media initiatives.
• Inspire the team with new, out-of-the-box ideas and share the latest social media trends.
• Create content in collaboration with our internal designer and/or external agency partners.

Why you are the right one

• At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
• Operational experience developing and executing new strategies
• Copywriting experience
• Strategic mindset
• Experience in creating and monitoring campaigns and/or social media performance and analytics
• You are positive, passionate, and a team player
• English native speaker, German knowledge is a plus
• Project management experience is a plus
• Open-minded, hands-on mentality and an excellent communicator

Nice to have:

• Photoshop/ InDesign knowledge
• Tech enthusiast
• Product and Market Understanding
• Knowledge and a good understanding of VR/XR/AR technologies and trends
