HR Officer

PEC is an international technology
supplier, committed to enabling the production of green batteries for a Blue
Planet. We are looking for an HR Officer to join us in our mission to
contribute to a greener future. The role is based at our Office in Augsburg. By
joining us, you will contribute to building the first large-scale battery
factories in Europe and the United States.

Tasks

recruitment and selection of various
profiles, mainly technical profiles. You
are in charge of the entire hiring process from A to Z (sourcing, attending
job fairs, contract negotiations, ).

the payroll and personnel
administration and you are the point of contact for the employees regarding Hungarian labor laws.

supporting the HR department when
implementing new HR policies and procedures e.g. onboarding, training, updating
HR manuals,

general office administration

Requirements

A Higher HR/communication/management
related degree or similar (minimum Bachelor s level)

Excellent communication skills in
English & German

Extravert, pro-active and dynamic
personality

Result driven, aiming for success in
a competitive recruitment world

Experience in recruitment is a plus
