ABOUT THE JOB:

The Project Manager will drive and manage projects moving effectively and efficiently. This role will have full insight to quality measure endorsement and maintenance, quality measure alignment, and emerging quality initiatives. The person in this role is responsible for day-to-day project management, including managing budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.

What You ll Be Doing

• Create comprehensive project plans and timelines to support projects throughout the project management lifecycle
• Oversee project tasks, budgets, timelines, and resources necessary to ensure the project stays within scope, on time, and within budget
• Conduct assessments to identify potential risks, escalate risks, and devise plans to mitigate risks
• Initiate project performance assessment to identify areas for improvement and create strategies to prevent any potential harm that it might cause to the project
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Deliver progress reports and presentations to senior leadership and clients/stakeholders
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients
• Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables
• Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
• Develop and deliver staff training related to standard project management processes, as required

About You

• You have a bachelor s degree or master and #x27;s degree in a related field
• You have 5-year experience or more in Project Management or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• You have the ability to lead project teams of various sizes and guide them in seeing projects through to completion
• You re a continuous learner who seeks to continuously improve, personally and professionally
• You have an innate ability to communicate with people of different levels by tailoring your communication appropriately
• Enjoy working on a driven team that is continuously expanding its impact
• You are a master of project budgets and have vast experience managing them
