Innovation Technician Electronics/Electrical

Based at our Welshpool Head Office, this company is seeking to appoint an Innovation Technician, reporting to the Product Integrity Manager your role will include, but not limited to:

Requirements

• Drive type testing to validate new designs
  
• Producing detailed reports
  
• Building prototype and NPI PCBs, drives and assemblies
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• A background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with experience and knowledge of AC Drives
  
• Ideally qualified BTEC (or higher), undergoing qualification in Electronic Engineering or the prerequisites to do so
  
• Good IT skills: Excel and word are essential
  
• Good organisation skills with high attention to detail
  
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
