CEO role requires an individual to articulate and implement the organization’s growth Initiatives including Product and Market Development/sales and distribution/ Divisional finances and people management.
He/She has strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. He/She must have a good understanding of market demand and customer purchasing behavior.

They must have a strong understanding of their industry to guide the organization throughout the year. They must also have excellent communication skills to communicate with other executives, managers, and the board of directors.

A) Business Growth Initiatives (including Product and Market Development)

1) New business opportunities wrt New Target groups, New Products, and New markets.
2) Business Strategy for domestic markets
1) Formulation of SBU and product Growth Strategies.
2) Market Development Strategy finalization (Long/Medium term – 2 to 3years).
3) Digital transformation Strategies finalization.
3) Build the road map for alliances and foray into the international market

Special skills and competencies needed to carry out

1) Improving Processes for best-in-class (TAT & Accuracy) transformer diagnostic services
2) Impact on sales of all initiatives taken.

B) Sales & Distribution

1) Developing Sales Strategy in a 2-3 year platform.
2) Sales Budgeting.
3) Distribution Strategy for SBU, Products, and Markets
4) Review and Improvement of the customer network.

Special skills and competencies needed to carry out

1) Reduction in customer attrition.
2) Reduction in waste and improving productivity.
3) Knowledge enhancement of Team.
4) Improving customer engagement thru effective Complaint Redressed, faster TAT and effective guidance to improve sales by increasing accuracy.

C) Key Systems & Policies

1) Strategic planning for digital transformation
2) Design, develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective utilization of resources
3) Innovate to improve processes to build up cutting edge in the industry
4) Establish a review system based on system MIS at all levels in the organization

Special skills and competencies needed to carry out

1) Effective filed supervision thru the implementation of Travel Policy
2) Improvement in Appraisal / Feedback to employees.

D) Divisional Finance (Budgeting, Margin, etc).

1) Financial Policies implementation and review.
2) Improvement of Margins.
3) Receivable management
4) Reviewing and approving the following budgets for the year
* Sales Budget.
* Expense Budget
* Discount Budget

Special skills and competencies needed to carry out

1) Reduction in no. of days overdue
2) Reduction in working capital by implementing creative vendor and customer policies.
3) Improvement in complaint processing and settlement.

E) PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

1) Effective organization Structure as per changing business needs.
2) Finalization of Roles & Responsibilities / KRAs / KPIs of all persons in the organization
3) Develop and Design PMS (Performance management system)
4) Training Initiatives of the organization.

Special skills and competencies needed to carry out

1) Improving people engagement through effective team building (Open House, Reward & Recognition, etc.).
2) Timely Appraisal and increments.
3) Improvement in filling up Vacancies (Cycle time reduction).
4) Improvement in Process of New employee Introduction and Induction

Requirements and skills
* Proven experience asBusiness Head or other managerial position
* Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision
* Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
* Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
* In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
* An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
* Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and public speaking skills
* Candidate should be BE with a good academic track record. Having an MBA degree is an added advantage 18-20 years of experience in the B2B segment would be an advantage
* Should have worked in an Industrial service-providing company, preferably in the field of Transformer Maintenance, Transformer Testing, and High Voltage Maintenance services.
* Should have managed PRIVATE INDUSTRIES, clients from FMCG / Steel / Cement / Pharma / Oil&Gas / Automobile, etc. sectors. (as we have clients across all sectors.)
* Should be open to working in a co-working space and traveling across India
