سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيOur client, a busy real estate brokerage is looking for an accounting assistant to work full time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
Overall Responsibilities
Deal review prior to close date in Nexone:
o Checking APS, ROF, Fintrac, Deposit, Written Trade, Assistant Referrals if applicable and Outside Broker Commission Invoices
Follow up with agents regarding missing/incorrect paperwork
Input supplier invoices in Lonewolf after management approval
Ensure timely payment of all invoices by 15th and 30th of each month
Process Accounts Payable EFT payments, cheques and RBC online bill payments
Process Deals and Commission Payroll EFT payments and cheques
Respond to calls and inquiries from agents, outside brokers, etc.
Maintain organized filing systems
Scanning and uploading closed trade records to Nexone
Provide assistance/backup as required by Accounting Administrator
Other duties as assigned
Skills Required
Strong data entry skills
Detail oriented; ensuring fees are calculated properly
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Time Management; ability to prioritize tasks by importance/close dates
Ability to handle conflict and deal with agent issues/inquires
