Do you have 5-10 years experience in encapsulation in research and development within the Fragrances/Food/Cosmetics/Flavor industries?

Must Haves: 

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the industrial food, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, consumer goods and/or fragrance industry in an international environment.

• Masters or PhD degree in Chemistry, Science & Technology, or related discipline.

• Proven record of managing new innovation projects globally.

• Olfactive capabilities.

• Build and inspire a team working with multiple functions across large organization.

• Experience presenting to global, cross functional internal customers.

• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
