Executive - IT

As an Executive - IT you will be working closely with all the departments to ensure upkeep and smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and its network. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Maintaining Windows server 2012, 2016 Servers with all their services and roles. (DHCP, DNS, DFS, CLUSTERING, LOAD BALANCING, NAP, AD, Hyper-V, Patching, Hardening etc.,)..
• Routine maintenance of Backup policies (Incremental, Full, Differential etc.).
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of IP addressing, Wi-Fi AP. Configuring, and troubleshooting Manageable switches, troubleshooting LAN Issues.
• Configuring, customizing Group policies for Domain users, workstations & laptops.
• Ensuring proper user access policies based on various permission requirements within the team.
• Setting up of LAN and WAN connection with load balancer and port forwarding capabilities on Firewall.
• Setting up VPN connections with onsite deployed team members.
• Routine network and server maintenance for smooth operations of office operations.
• Supporting various engineering design software administrators with any ICT support.
• Willing to re-locate on other office site either domestic or International on short notice for certain assignments. Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.

Job Requirements:

• You are a graduate or diploma in IT or equivalent Fresher or with minimum work experience of 6 months.
• You are either MCSA or MCSE (certified) professional
• You have good communication skills and enjoy solving IT issues.
• You have minute attention to detail and seek perfection in your work.
• You would like to continue to develop your technical & intra-personal knowledge and use it to retain & create satisfied customers and colleagues
