Their Custom Shop has been featured in numerous major golf publications, and trusted by golfers of all handicaps. In addition to all the major brands they also carry a wide selection of equipment and apparel from high end, boutique brands.
We are seeking a new person to join their friendly customer service team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and confident, with great organisational and customer relations skills, who loves working as part of a team!
We are looking for someone to be able to competently complete the following tasks on a day to day basis:
Answering phone calls from customers Replying with daily customer email inquiries Making pro-formas and finding suitable options for customers Attention to detail and great organisational skills Helpful and professional in dealing with customer queries Can work shifts
Key Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (notably Outlook, Excel and Word) Good customer handling and interpersonal skills Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch or French or German Organised and structured approach to tasks Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks at once Strong attention to detail Pro-active and a self-starter/ strong initiative to resolve issues Office experience preferable but not required
