(Retail) Senior Payroll Administrator

The Senior Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now for a growing workforce across about five states!

• Main point of contact for payroll processing across 200+ employees
  
• Overseeing payroll processing procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws
  
• Maintaining employee records, including wages, taxes withheld, and deduction
  
• Managing payroll accounts and processing payroll checks
  
• Coordinating payroll accounting procedures
  
• Reviewing payroll reports for accuracy and ensuring that all payroll records are kept up to date
  

Requirements

• Strong payroll knowledge and acumen; 5+ years payroll administration experience
  
• Prior experience with ADP WorkforceNow
  
• Solid understanding of payroll operations including transactions such as 401K contribution funding and limits, and incentive/bonus/benefit offerings
