Description:
**Contractor must use their own laptop - Coke will set them up with a virtual desktop**
Location: Remote - but has to meet at the AOC once/wk in person
Provide support to the sales team working with Sales, Customer and Platform Services
Investigate Volume Reporting Issues
Investigate Linkage Issues & obtain necessary documentation as applicable, working with Master Data
Handle all support documentation requirements related to customer/vendor records set-up and maintenance including W9s, ACH forms, etc.
Identify misalignment of outlet against Market ID
Submit request for record modification/ transfer of ownership
